Built in 2010, Village of Melwood is a diverse residential community of approximately 50 homes in Prince George’s County, known for spacious homes, generous lots, and a strong sense of neighborhood pride.
The community offers convenient access to nearby shopping and is approximately 20 minutes outside Washington, DC, about 30 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), and about 40 minutes from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), depending on traffic.
Our five streets are Arethusa, Antock, Twinflower, Twisted Stalk, and Twayblade.
